  • Most everybody is a aware of the Navajo Wind Talkers, but very few are aware of the Choctaw Code talkers of WWI. Same scenario, The Germans could not break the code of the Choctaw language.

  • I was a Navy Recruiter on the Navajo/Hopi Reservation from 86' - 89' (Tuba City and Kayenta) which gave me the opportunity to speak with alot of families from the res. They have some interesting beliefs. I am not NA, but have done much research on customs and religion of various tribes.

  • I believe most everybody know of the Navajo Code talkers primarily due to the recent movie, but you rarely hear of the Choctaw Indians code talkers during WWI.
